DEFENDING A FEDERAL CRIMINAL CASE: CJA PANEL TRAINING

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

The Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Texas presents a seminar designed to assist Criminal Justice Act (“CJA”) panel attorneys appointed in federal criminal cases. This seminar will be help at the United States Fedeal Courthouse, located at 1300 Victoria Street in Laredo, Texas.  The State Bar of Texas MCLE Department has approved this seminar for 7.75 hours of CLE credit (including 1.0 hours of legal ethics) (Course No. TBA).

Update: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the CDC recommends we practice social distancing as a way to prevent the virus from spreading. When necessary, meetings should be held “in open, well-ventilated places.” Erring on the side of caution, we are therefore postponing until further notice our “Defending a Criminal Case” CLE training scheduled for April 24, 2020.
